A few months ago we told you about <a href=\"https:\/\/icr-evolution.com\/en\/blog\/we-present-icr-group-a-new-business-vision-and-a-software-factory-as-a-drive-for-change\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ICR group<\/a> \u2014with the incorporation of a Software Factory as a second business unit\u2014, and this time we wanted to share with you the incorporation of <strong>new technical profiles to our product development team.<\/strong> Incorporations that have a clear goal: to execute an ambitious product roadmap to take our <strong>omnichannel contact center software to the next level<\/strong>. Professionals and visionaries, capable of deciphering signals where others only see noise\u201d, explains <strong>Jordi Costa, CTO of ICR Evolution and team leader<\/strong>. He adds: \u201cSome have experience with Asterisk voice platforms, bringing more power in this regard. In addition, they are restless and proactive people, and they are expanding their toolkits with different technologies. Now they are working on the development of new modules that will provide very interesting features for future versions of EVOLUTION\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, our CTO concludes: \u201cWe are reinforcing the team with collaborators with personality, analytical people. Who <strong>defend quality at work and see solutions where others see problems<\/strong>.
